How do I order?

To ensure our customers with the most flexibility on their travel, we opted to finalize orders, and shipping via email / direct messages from our social accounts:

  • Place an order on our website
  • Provide us with your details and means of contact
  • We will message you to finalize the order and shipping

It may seems weird, but traditional shipping does not work for travellers because of the constant moving, language barrier, and lack of a fixed address. Therefore, please provide us with a contact from Instagram, Facebook, or email to arrange shipping. Buy snus in Vietnam with ease!

Where can you deliver to?

We do delivery our snus to all of Vietnam. Give us an address and we will deliver!

  • Hanoi: Delivery will be from 30 minutes - 1 hour. Pick up is also possible (near Ho Guom Lake).
  • Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Ninh Binh: next day delivery.
  • Other cities: 1.5 - 2.5 days depending on your location.

Shipping fare will range from 25.000 - 60.000 VND (1-3 euros) depending on the location.

How do I pay?

Payment will be cash on delivery, we also do PayPal, but payment will be in advance, and due to the extra conversion rate, we highly suggest cash on delivery.

Also, we will prepare change so don't worry!

Can you give it to my hotel receptionist?

Yes! For orders outside of Hanoi, we highly highly recommend having your receptionist receives the package for you.

Kindly give a heads up to your receptionist, and leave them with cash; and we will take care of the rest! We will email you the total once we receive the order.

Can you give me some travel recommendations?

It would be our pleasure! As much as we love snus, we also love Vietnam.
